Salam Moussa
Salam is the Vice President at Opes Software, a global provider of financial services and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software based in Montreal, Canada. She is also the senior consultant at ThinkHR, a Lebanon-based training and consultancy company specializing in human resources professional training and coaching. Salam has been involved in the Banking Sector for over 24 years. Her career includes being the head of training, seminars and conferences at the Union of Arab Banks (UAB), a pan-Arab non-profit organization and quasi regulatory body operating under the umbrella of the League of Arab States.
Our team member has participated in dozens of international forums, workshops and seminars on management skills, human resources, performance management, key performance indicators (KPIs), time management, communication skills, customer service, sales fundamentals, team building, change management, body language, conflict resolution and CSR in addition to specialized courses on Foreign account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS).
Salam has extensive experience in the industry and has developed a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the needs of our clients. She has a proven track record of successfully working with regulators, industry peers, and banking experts, and has established herself as a respected and trusted professional.
